Pan is a Nine Tail fox for those who haven't already figured it out. They are known in Japan for being thieves, deceivers and can even transform into humans to cheat the villagers -although Pan here can't transform into a human she is pretty sharp with her lies.
And she can control all elements when she reach her limit.
Since this was a pretty scene I couldn't help but to share this screen-shot of the upcoming animation!
